Conference Fees and Registration
ECI conferences are designed as fully immersive experiences, with hotel accommodations and meals included in the registration to encourage collaboration, informal discussion, and meaningful engagement among participants. To support this model, we have a contractual commitment with the conference hotel to provide lodging and meals for all attendees. For this reason, we are unable to offer registration without accommodations and/or meals, except for participants who maintain a permanent residence in the same city as the conference venue.
The conference fee includes: registration, hotel accommodations for the nights of Sunday through Thursday (June 7-11, 2026; check-out on Friday, June 12); all meals and coffee breaks; off-site excursion; and all taxes. Incidental fees such as transportation from the airport or train station are not included. Telephone calls, laundry, minibar, etc. will be billed to your personal account by the hotel.

are required to register. - ECI cannot guarantee hotel accommodations without advanced payment.
- Registrations and/or payments received after 30 April 2026 will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, if space is still available.
- Registration will close on: 27 May 2026.

GUEST FEES
- All Guests must pay the guest registration fee.
- Due to the location and limited options at this conference venue, there are NO options for Guests to join participants without paying the guest fee for all meals & conference activities.
- Guests may NOT attend technical/ educational sessions

Student Rates
*ECI provides discounted registration rates for bona fide graduate students in exchange for onsite logistics support such as audio visual (AV) and speaker coordinator(s), on-site registration check-in support, microphone runners, photographers, etc. ECI will email all students one week prior to the start of the conference to ask for on-site help preferences. We appreciate your participation and support!

Pre and Post Conference Hotel Reservations
ECI does not guarantee or pay for rooms reserved before or after the conference – you must reserve extra nights directly with the hotel and you are responsible for paying the hotel directly for any extra nights.
