Student Rates

*ECI provides discounted registration rates for bona-fide graduate students in exchange for onsite logistics support, such as: audio visual (AV) and speaker coordinator(s), on-site registration check-in support, mic runners, photographers, and more. ECI will email all students one week prior to the start of the conference to ask for on-site help preferences. We appreciate your participation and support!

Pre and Post Conference Hotel Reservations

If you plan to arrive early and/or stay after the conference dates and wish to extend your stay at the RISONARE Yatsugatake Hotel in Japan, please use this link to book your hotel reservations directly:

Please note that you will have to check-in and check-out of the hotel between your personal reservation and the conference reservation, therefore, you may not have the same room for the duration of your stay at the RISONARE Yatsugatake Hotel. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

ECI does not guarantee or pay for rooms reserved before or after the conference – you must reserve extra nights directly with the hotel and you are responsible for paying the hotel directly for any extra nights.

  • REGISTRATION SCAM ALERT

    Unless otherwise indicated, ECI will make your hotel reservation directly with the conference hotel after your registration is confirmed.

    Some conference participants have received fraudulent emails claiming to be from Docusign, asking them to confirm their registration. Please disregard and delete these emails. Do not click on any links contained in them.

    ECI will never contact you via telephone to make a payment, we do not use Docusign, and we do not accept PayPal. If anyone contacts you to make a reservation through a third party, please notify ECI at info@engconfintl.org.

    Travelers from 54 countries now are required to complete an online pre-travel check to enter the U.K.

    If your flight takes you through the UK, please read this.
