Conference Fees and Registration
ECI conferences are designed as fully immersive experiences, with hotel accommodations and meals included in the registration to encourage collaboration, informal discussion, and meaningful engagement among participants. To support this model, we have a contractual commitment with the conference hotel to provide lodging and meals for all attendees. For this reason, we are unable to offer registration without accommodations and/or meals, except for participants who maintain a permanent residence in the same city as the conference venue.
The conference fee includes registration, hotel accommodations (for the nights of Wednesday through Saturday, 8-11 Apr; check-out on Sunday, 12 Apr 2026); plus, all meals (with the exception of Friday dinner), off-site excursion(s), and taxes. Incidental fees such as calls, laundry, minibar, etc. will be billed to your personal account by the hotel.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS - including members of the Organizing Committee and invited speakers - are required to register.
- ECI cannot guarantee hotel accommodations without advance payment.
- Registrations and/or payments received after 24 March 2026 will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis, if space is still available.
- Registration will close: 24 March 2026.

Guest Fees
All Spouses and/or Accompanying Guests must pay the guest registration fee.
Guests may not attend technical sessions.

Student Rates
*ECI provides discounted registration rates (as noted in the registration rates above) for bona-fide graduate students in exchange for onsite logistics support, such as: audio visual (AV) and speaker coordinator(s), on-site registration check-in support, mic runners, photographers, and more. ECI will email all students one week prior to the start of the conference to ask for on-site help preferences. We appreciate your participation and support!

Pre/Post Conference Reservations
ECI does not guarantee or pay for rooms reserved before or after the conference – you must reserve extra nights directly with the hotel and you are responsible for paying the hotel directly for any extra nights.
If you plan to arrive early and/or stay after the conference dates and wish to extend your stay at the Sun Gardens Durbrovnik Hotel, please complete the reservation form with the dates requested for your extended stay and the hotel will contact you directly for confirmation and payment:

Sun Gardens honor the discounted conference room rate for up to three days before the conference starts and three days after the conference ends. The hotel will do their best to keep you in the same room as the conference dates, however it is not guaranteed. There are no refunds for pre/post conference reservations at this hotel.
