Conference Fees and Registration
The conference fee includes registration, accommodations for the nights of Sunday through Thursday night (October 26 – 30, 2025; check-out on Friday, October 31); plus all meals (except Tuesday’s off-site excursion dinner); the exclusive use of "Mokumoku-yu" (public bath house with an open air bath); plus all taxes. Incidental fees such as transportation from the airport or train station plus telephone calls, laundry, minibar, etc. will be billed to your personal account by the hotel.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS - including members of the Organizing Committee and invited speakers -
are required to register. - ECI cannot guarantee hotel accommodations without advance payment. Registrations and/or payments received after 30 September 2025 will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis, if space is still available.
- Registration will close on: 22 October 2025.

Student Rates
*ECI provides discounted registration rates for bona-fide graduate students in exchange for onsite logistics support, such as: audio visual (AV) and speaker coordinator(s), on-site registration check-in support, mic runners, photographers, and more. ECI will email all students one week prior to the start of the conference to ask for on-site help preferences. We appreciate your participation and support!

Pre and Post Conference Hotel Reservations
If you plan to arrive early and/or stay after the conference dates and wish to extend your stay at the RISONARE Yatsugatake Hotel in Japan, please use this link to book your hotel reservations directly:

Please note that you will have to check-in and check-out of the hotel between your personal reservation and the conference reservation, therefore, you may not have the same room for the duration of your stay at the RISONARE Yatsugatake Hotel. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
ECI does not guarantee or pay for rooms reserved before or after the conference – you must reserve extra nights directly with the hotel and you are responsible for paying the hotel directly for any extra nights.
