Conference Fees and Registration
The conference fee includes registration, accommodations for the nights of Sunday through Thursday night (April 12-16, 2026; check-out on Friday, April 17); plus, all meals and excursion (except Tuesday’s dinner). Incidental fees such as calls, laundry, minibar, etc. will be billed to your personal account by the hotel.
- ALL PARTICIPANTS - including members of the Organizing Committee and invited speakers -
are required to register. - ECI cannot guarantee hotel accommodations without advance payment. Registrations and/or payments received after 13 March 2026 will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis, if space is still available.
- Registration will close on: 27 March 2026.

Student Rates
*ECI provides discounted registration rates for bona-fide graduate students in exchange for onsite logistics support, such as: audio visual (AV) and speaker coordinator(s), on-site registration check-in support, mic runners, photographers, and more. ECI will email all students one week prior to the start of the conference to ask for on-site help preferences. We appreciate your participation and support!

Pre and Post Conference Hotel Reservations
If you plan to arrive early and/or stay after the conference dates and wish to extend your stay at the Hilton Porto-Gaia Hotel in Porto, Portugal, please complete the Hotel Reservation Request form here and email the form to Pedro Santos to as soon as possible. Discounted conference rates are available on a space-available basis three days before/after the conference dates.
